Alright, Flaming Lips schedueled on Letterman Thursday Night, being tomorrow the 20th day of this frosty white Feburary. Beck was on early this week, so hopefully they will be preforming their own fine music. Hope it is real, I need a late night thrill. HST was suppost to wear leeches on his head on Conan, but he is all talk, but some of the best talk/words out their, check out his column on ESPN.com/page 2 for a thrill anytime of the day…

Fires are no fun. I’m in to help. I have no clue what paypal is, being that I’m ghost like, I have no bank account or credit, but I would send cash to the right place if there is such a thing.
J is why I’m here and I’d like to do anything to help out.
Nothing can be replaced, but New things are still nice.

…I’ve got many buttons, but my favorite is a pin that is a quote of Jack Kerouac,
it says, "I don’t know. I don’t care. And it doesn’t make any difference."The best part is when people, look at the pin and ask what it says. I get to respond the correct answere and they get pissed off. Comedy central.
Buttons are so darn cool. I sport a college republican button as a joke, and a church of the sub-genius button as a sign of my involvement in the world beneath the norm…

Under the doubt anyone cares file, 50 Cent is on that new Jimmy Kimmel show tonight, Coldplay waws on last night and they got to play outside. I doubt 50 will be outside for fear of gunshots, but he is funny as all get out and hip-hop’s next king. Plus Snoop Dogg is the guest co-host and he makes me laugh talking about being kicked of the muppet show and quiting smoking. Definite possibility for late night thrills…
IT’s a punk tribute band to the greatness of Scott Baio (Happy Days, Charles in Charge), their name is "Scott Baio is your Messiah", the first of many hit singles would be intitled "Jonnie loves Chachi"
Alright, First it said THursday now it says Wednesday, which is tomorrow, or rather today, so all i know is that Interpol is going to be on Letterman. I guess Wednesday the 8th of Janurary, but if it is Thursday don’t kill me. It’s funny I almost posted this yesterday when the letterman sight said Thursday, but now it says Wednesday so I guess I was lucky I waited but we’ll see who wins the game when the time comes.

This might fall into the check your local listings category, but tomorrow night, being saturday the 4th of Janurary, at 11:00pm on PBS, Beck will be preforming with the Flaming Lips on that Austin City Limits show. I guess they air that program on some country music network as well. I hate country but they get some decent bands in Austin City, whereever that might be. I think I saw John Hammond playing Tom Waits covers once. PBS isn’t part of Canadian or European tele I’d imagine, but check it out if you have the chance…

best sights ansd sounds of 2002 (in likeaghost’s humble opinon/vision)
no order other than the top dog
Free So Free – J
Yankee Foxtrot Hotel – Wilco
Turn on the Bright Lights – Interpol
Blood Money and Alice – Tom Waits
The ID – Macy Gray
Slanted and Enchanted Redux -Pavement
You Know You’re Right – Nirvana
Bushleaguer – Pearl Jam (for no reason other than it’s anti-Dubya message)
These above three make me wonder if it’s 92 instead of 02
Back to the list
Vida Blue – Vida Blue
Live at Wetlands – Robert Randolph
Slow Century – Pavement
Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots – the Flaming Lips
J live at the Rosbud (pittsburgh)Full Circle
No films present yet. I think Barbershop might be the only 2002 movie I generally liked enough to mention. I usually slack on the 8 dollar tickets and wait for video sources and whatnot.
I had a crazy year. not crazy good or crazy bad just crazy.
My highlight, besides catching a foul ball at a Pirates game, might be finding this sight that lets me post my nonsense.I hope all is well in 2003 and time is friendly to all…
