Also don’t forget that J has a custom pedal that cuts the volume/output of his rig in half for rythm parts. I’m sure that pedal alone accounts for a large part of his tone.
I don’t like mandatory layoffs. The department I work in went though this last week at work. Out of the 6 engineers that worked in my department, 4 of them are now gone. Leaving me and another guy as the only engineers. I’m thankful to still have my job, but am worried at how busy I will become.

I suppose since she’s a Smith’s fan and since you’re desperate to get with her, one choice might be Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want. Its a beautiful song and would be a great ending to side 2 in my opinion.

Over Your Shoulder is one of J’s most amazing compositions. I absolutely love that song. It is one of my all time favs for sure.
I listened to this album not too long ago, I had a smile from ear to ear the whole time it was playing. You are right in that it is kind of a forgotten/unappreciated album. It really is a great album though.
