I have so many books piled up in my room right now. I wish I had the time to finish them.

I started to watch Bored to Death after seeing this thread. You guys haven’t disappointed me yet.

And it never takes very long before a movie/tv show thread turns into a "He/she is so bangable" thread. Speaking of that, has anyone seen the new Boondock Saints movie?
These are from my friend’s wedding in June. Not only did her reception hall have a shower for me to play in, but there was also a parking lot full of army trucks in the back and the aquatic park next door. It was a Franzia night.

I swear I am not an alcoholic.

And this is Monkey. An ex-boyfriend created him one drunken night out at the lake, and now he travels around with me. We like to bring him out for special occasions, parties, and basically anything else involving alcohol. You will have to excuse the clip-on tie.

All this talk of parties makes me think I need to plan another one soon. Searches for some good party ideas.

There was definitely some good energy in the air last night. Kansas had the rivalry game going on, KU vs KSU. I can’t say I care for either team, but it was nice to see so many young people out again. I went out to eat with a few people and just enjoyed a beer while watching the game. I love nights like that. Which reminds me…any sports fans out there?
I agree that panties are wonderful things. There are just too many options for them not to be. I have been told that I have a fetish for buying them. Screw buying purses!

I think I might have a few bras I can retire for this Bra-slinging championship…
I just watched Legion last night. I can’t say I was impressed with it either. I really had no expectations for the film beforehand, so I can’t say I was disappointed with it either. I was happy to see Paul Bettany as Michael. I have loved him since A Knight’s Tale where he was naked…er…Geoffrey Chaucer. Yum.
"girl" wrote:Sherlock HolmesI loved it. I really didn’t want to go see it too but I am glad I did because now I have a crush on Mark Strong and Kelly Reilly.
I keep hearing mixed reviews about that one. A friend of mine said she left after 30 minutes because it was too vile, but I guess that only made me want to see it even more.

Dracula
I’m addicted to the classics.
I know how you feel. A few weeks ago they were talking about our temp. getting to -8.
I really need to move further south…I can’t say 2009 was a particularly good year for me (pretty shitty actually). However, I forced myself to go out, and I ended up meeting some pretty unforgettable people. Can’t beat that.
I know I’m a little late on this thread, but I felt like being positive. heh
Finally getting my Guinness fix. This was long overdue.
I can’t say that I have, but I was also pretty young then.
And wow, I have been gone for a couple of days and not much has happened on the boards. We need to fix this."girl" wrote:Oh my oh my oh my oh. I am a complete girl in the sense that I am utterly excited that my new shoes came today!

Yay! I just ordered them yesterday too! Hooray!Oh shoes
I like you
so much so that I decided to come out of retirement and write you an ode^ LOVE!
Thanks hun. I really dig that first band. I have heard a few good bands around here, and I need to post some stuff to help them. I get so annoyed by people my age who complain about Kansas not having much of a music scene, and then they refuse to support local bands or listen to anything but rap.
