Dude, errr….Toni, stay in the south: The air is cleaner, the girls are prettier, and you don’t have to travel three hours to get a gallon of milk…..
….., and the rent’s cheaper ,too. A house down the road from us is renting for 800/mo: 2800 sq.ft., three bedrooms, two bath, a pool, hot tub in the master bath, and 20 acres.
20 acres! Heck, you could pay Dinosaur Jr. to come jam in the field behind your house!

just like every other place in the the world, the ratio of hot women to dog women is the same, but here there’s a lot more women so that means you see a lot more hotties, in hot little numbers too, we don’t adhere to a strict moral code so that means more cleavage.
Well, small towns in places like Arkansas are the only hope for dorks like me to score a hot chick. My wife came from a little town called Greenwood. I’m not saying she’s ignorant, just if we were both from the city she probably wouldn’t even talk to me. All you big city guys who can’t find a ladyfriend should take advantage of this untapped resource!
